In 2013, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in translation studies at ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalen in Utrecht. Prior to this I completed a Bachelor’s program on Art & Technology at Saxion Hogeschool in Enschede and I have worked for a national television broadcaster for several years.
Through this experience I have gained broad insight into various media. Combined with my personal passion for creative writing, I create texts that draw the reader into a story. By now, I have been providing various customers with creative communications for over six years.

I translate German and English texts into Dutch. Online product descriptions, press releases and newsletters, as well as editorial content or blog articles. Throughout the years, I have specialized in marketing content in the field of fashion and beauty.
Proofreading + editing

subtitling
I create subtitles for documentaries, TV or film productions, instructional videos, promotional videos and corporate films. In addition to subtitles in Dutch and English, I create closed captions for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH) or for the use on social media.
transcreation
